It wouldn't have been possible without the hard work of the entire team and the positive spirit with which they work. It has been a great journey for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai; full of hidden challenges, with the core and strength of the show not having changed since its inception. The style and presentation of the show hasn't changed and there is a sense of uniqueness that lies in Yeh Rishta. Its very commendable and the credit goes to all the writers, creatives, the cast and the entire team for this success."

Rajan continues, "Freshness comes in every episode and every episode is special to us. The relation of Naitik (Karan Mehra) and Akshara (Hina Khan) has been sketched very beautifully on-screen and every journey has been shown very sensitively and in a nice manner."

"The audiences have been very supportive and have showered lots of love on us. They have made it reach this level. We are going to have a cake cutting ceremony on the sets to celebrate this moment and I hope to keep the spirit of the whole team alive", concludes Rajan.
