Rajeev appeared as Raj in Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat. Rajeev then played the role of the lover boy, Sujal Garewal in Kahin Toh Hoga, which made him a household name across the country. Sick of the state of traditional Indian soaps, he then starred in the Indian version of the immensly successful American show 24 called Time Bomb.
