Here's our take on best adapted screenplay, which is a three-way showdown between Tony Kushner, Chris Terrio and David O. Russell. Kushner is definitely the favorite overall, but the Oscars sure did seem to love "Silver Linings" and this is an opportunity to reward Russell. And then of couse there's the recent "Argo" surge, which could lead to a win here as well... Tight race in a category that once seemed certain to be Kushner's to lose.
