Kritika Kamra quotes Women should stop sacrificing
Kritika Kamra |
On world's international women's day, we had a candid chat with vivacious and stunning Kritika Kamra, who is doing rounds in the media for being the cause behind Kuch Toh Log Kahenge closure. The actress, who in spite of portraying the roles of a girl next door feels proud to be standing among the best Naayka's of TV today.
When asked Kritika on her views for International Women's day, the actress spontaneously said, "I think women must stop sacrificing for men or anyone in the world. Society should pull down the tag of 'Devi' from each woman and should treat her as equal. Don't know why people consider a girl as some supreme power and then take her for granted."
"We are living in the modern world and girls should be treated accordingly. A girl is a doctor, engineer, teacher and what not all. She has marked her presence in each profession but our Indian society and mentality doesn't allow her to live her own life," says Kritika.
Kritika Kamra is currently seen in Sony TV's Kuch Toh Log Kahenge which is all set to bid adieu to channel on 28th of this month.
